A CHRISTMAS DECONSTRUCTED SKETCH

Only 3 more sleeps here until the man in red comes, and boy are the girls excited.

Being Thursday, I have a new Deconstructed sketch to show you, and this sketch was lots of fun as usual.

I didn't make many of my Christmas cards this year (gasp), so I welcomed the opportunity to create a Christmas card using this weeks sketch.

Here's Jen's sketch #32......

Sketch32a

And here's my card.......

IMG_sketch32 wm

I used a Lawn Fawn stamp, which I love. The bauble, clasp and bow are all separate stamps that I have stamped together to make one image. After coloring the image with copic markers I used October Afternoon papers, twinery twine, prima gems, and an SRM sticker to complete my card. Honestly, it's still a bit too plain for my liking, and I would prefer a few more embellishments, but I just rolled with it this week.

Make sure you visit all of the fabulous DT girls and see what they have done with Jen's sketch.

...and then pop on over to jen's blog and play along. Today's sketch lasts for two weeks due to the holiday break. Merry Christmas everyone, and enjoy the holidays.

GREETING FARM CUSTOMER BLOG HOP

If you're looking for The Greeting Farm's 3rd annual customer blog hop then you've come to the right place. If you haven't started at the beginning then head over to THE GREETING FARM BLOG where you'll find a master list of the blog order. If, on the other hand, you're part way through the hop, then read on for some holiday inspiration. I can't wait to visit everyones blog myself. What a huge hop. This is going to be so much fun.

You might also want to check out the TGF blog to see how to win one of THREE fab prizes during today's hop! Yes, THREE!

I have two projects to share with you today. My first is in the general category and is a tag using  CREEPER SATURDAY from TGF. He is one super-cool dude. Here he is.........

IMG_blog hop wm

I stamped him with Memento ink onto Xpress blending card then colored him using copic markers. Some MME paper and embellies, prima button, twinery twine, and there you have my cute little tag.

Secondly, I have my holiday project to share. CREEPER SUNDAY was feeling lonely, and wanted to be inked up so I paper-pieced his scarf to make him look Christmassy. Here is my project.....

IMG_blog hop holidaywm

Unfortunately, my bauble was difficult to photograph. Don't look too closely or you can see me taking the photo in the bauble. I found this Christmas tree decoration in my local office supplies store that you open up and insert a photo into. So immediately I thought of how cute some of my Greeting Farm friends would look instead of plain old photos. I also stamped a sentiment from the Xmas Sweeties set onto the tag to decorate the bauble.

I hope you like my projects.

I'm off to hop now. Have fun everyone, and have a wonderful festive season with your family and friends.

Tracey.

TGF's HOLIDAY THROWBACK and DS31

Hi there Greeting Farm "groupies".

Today, being Thursday, is our throwback day, and being the holiday season, we are delighted to bring you our super-special HOLIDAY THROWBACK. All of the farmers have created a holiday project using older TGF stamps.

I have used one of my favorite TGF sets, called XMAS SWEETIES. It was actually one of my first TGF purchases ever, and I have used both Anya and Ian together on my card.

IMG_holiday throwback wm

I used Jen's sketch today for my card. This card came together really easily this week due to Jen and her amazing sketch. Here's this weeks sketch, #31.

Sketch31

I've kind of flipped it upside down, but not really changed much else. The glittery cardstock that I used for the snow drift hasn't photographed too well, but other than that, I am kind of pleased with the finished project.

So make sure you check out jens deconstructed sketch for all the info, and also visit all the fab DT for some amazing inspiration.....

The Deconstructed Sketch Girls

And last but not least, don't forget to visit all the Greeting Farm Farmers to check out their HOLIDAY THROWBACK PROJECTS.

I'm so excited about the upcoming  THIRD ANNUAL CUSTOMER BLOG HOP on the 19th of December. See you all there,

It's A deconstructed throwback!

Hi there,

Today i am hosting the Thursday Throwback at TGF, and being Thursday it's also time for another Deconstructed Sketch Challenge with the fabulous Jen Shults.

Here is Jen's amazing sketch.......

Sketch30

....and here is the card i made based on Jen's sketch. I hope you like it.

IMG_DS30 wm

I mainly used October Afternoon's new Farmhouse paper pad, and also my favorite Crate paper denim DP for Creeper Leslie's jeans. When i was finished it seemed like something was missing so i fossicked until i found some very old denim from my DD's jeans from many years ago, and it was just what i needed to give the finishing touch to my card.

It's a fairly cas card for me, but i kind of like that those gorgeous October Afternoon papers get to shine.

Thanks for stopping by. Don't forget to check out Jen's challenge blog here and join in the fun.Make sure you check out all the fabulous DT creations too.

The Deconstructed Sketch Girls

I am totally hooked on sketches now, and rarely make a card without one.

Have a crafty week,

TGF recently released 3 new digital stamps, and this cute little Elf Anya is one of them.......

IMG_elfanya wm

I colored her with my Copics to match some Echo Park Christmas paper that i have been wanting to use. I kind of like how her blue hair turned out.

TGF DESIGNER SPOTLIGHT

Hi there all. As most of you probably already know, Monday means designer spotlight time at The Greeting Farm, and today it's my turn in the spotlight.

So, a little bit about me. I live in a large rural town(100,000 pop) called Ballarat in Victoria, Australia with our 4 gorgeous daughters and gender outnumbered husband. After retiring from work as a doctor, i set up my own scrapbooking store almost 4 years ago, and it probably goes without saying that i love my job very much.

My papercrafting journey started with scrapbooking some 6 years ago, but since discovering copic markers  a little over a year ago, my passion is now cardmaking. I could ramble on for hours, so instead i thought i would come up with a list of my top 10 cardmaking supplies/tools/techniques.

1. Greeting Farm stamps.

2. Copic markers.

3. Paper pads

4. Kraft cardstock.

5. Twine

6. Cloud paper.

7. Grass die

8. Tiny paper flowers

9. paper piecing

10. Making scenes.

Phew, what a list. When i color an image, one of my most favorite things to do is to create a background scene that i can put it on rather than just placing it on a plain piece of card. So, i've created a card to share with you today using this technique, and i think i have used nearly everything on my top 10 list.

I hope you like my card, and that i have inspired you to create something special today or sometime soon.

Happy crafting,

Tracey.

It's DECONSTRUCTED SKETCH TIME

Hi there. I know it's been a few days since i last blogged. November seems to be the busiest month of the entire year in our household.

I have managed to do a little creating, just not a whole lot of sharing.

I'm here with Jen's Deconstructed Sketch #28

Here is her sketch for this week. Amazing as per usual.

Sketch28a

...and here is my card....

Sketch28 wm

I paper pieced Holiday Anya's dress and added sparkly fluff to make the trim look fluffy. Although it wasn't in the sketch, i couldn't resist adding a hanging bauble to the offset bow.

I hope you like my card, and don't forget to check out the rest of the team, then play along.

Thanks for stopping by,

Tracey.

CHALLENGED AND HIJACKED!

Has my title got you wondering? Well there are two parts to my post, which is the second post in one day.

First of all the challenge..... Well, the greeting farm had their first ever customer challenge and chit chat night last night. It was a blast, and although i had no time to craft on the night, i managed to make a movie-themed card tonight. Here it is. I hope you can tell which movie it's from.

IMG_dylan wm

Hopefully you guessed High School Musical right away. When the movies were released a few years back, ALL of our four girls were absolutely obsessed with all things HSM!

Now, for the HIJACKED part of my post. Harriet, my daughter who turned 14 yesterday (see previous post), loves to craft, and especially loves to color with copics and paper-piece. Recently i noticed that La La Land crafts has a kids blog with challenges, and she was keen to enter. So here is HARRIET'S first ever challenge entry. The challenge was to use polka dots. She used Hunny Bunny Marci, with dots on her hat, skirt and background. She would love her own blog, but for now, will have to make do with posting on mine.

You can also see her card on the lalaland kids blog  HERE

Thanks for looking. I'm sure Harriet would be thrilled if you'd like to comment on her card here.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HARRIET

Yesterday we celebrated DD#2's 14th birthday. We had a lovely morning at the Ballarat Show, followed by an afternoon at the movies, then dinner at Harriet's favorite restaurant.

Cake decorating is her passion at the moment, so when my very first "taylored expressions" stamps arrived last week, i knew right away which one i was going to use.

IMG_TE14 wm

....and of course the birthday girl with the  cupcake birthday cake that i made for her!

That's all for today. Off to pack for school camp.

DECONSTRUCTED SKETCH #27

Hi there,

Thursday morning means Jen's new sketch is out. I am so thrilled to be guesting on her amazing DT for 3 months. I'm having a blast.

I must say, i was a little nervous about this weeks sketch, but I really shouldn't have been. It came together quickly and easily and now ranks in my top 5 sketches. So, enough from me. Here's my card for sketch 27........

Sketch27 wm

.....and here is Jen's amazing sketch....

Sketch27a

Did you notice i didn't stamp or use copics today. Quite a change for me, but i always like change, otherwise life would be pretty boring!

I'm hanging out to see what the rest of the DT has been up to, as I'm sure you are too. So here's a list of the DT links.

After you've checked them all out, why don't you join in the fun. Full details on how to enter are included on Jen's Deconstructed Sketch blog.

Thanks for stopping by,

"Clearly a Special Showcase..and SALE!"

Hello, friends!

As promised, we are here today with a special CLEAR STAMP SHOWCASE and a ONE-DAY only SALE!  For today only, all clear stamp sets are only $12 each!   We want to make your holidays as stress-free as possible and who doesn't love a little online shopping to save from bearing the crowds and crazy limited quantities out there?

We are so excited to bring you our "CLEAR STAMP SHOWCASE" today at The Greeting Farm!

In addition to our one-day sale, we have a few prizes along the way!  Not one, but TWO LUCKY WINNERS will win a clear stamp set of choice just for hopping with TGF today!

Our clear stamp sets are made from high-quality photopolymer and we are very happy so far with the feedback we've received from both our design teams and customers alike! We asked everyone to be very candid with us to make sure that we were bringing you the same, quality TGF product you'd expect from us. I, for one, am super-fussy when it comes to clear stamps. I refuse to stamp with cheap and nasty acrylic, as they just don't produce a clean image. However, you'll be pleased to know that TGF only uses high quality photopolymer to make their clear stamps, and the image is sharp, time after time.

We love being able to bring you such fun and versatile lines of images and our clears are no exception! While we won't be going all clear, we do enjoy the versatility of this new line and really hope you do, too!

With our newsletter coming right around the corner on the 15th, we'd love to offer a Clear Stamp Showcase: Newsletter edition to get our customers even more acquainted with our Clear line and would love to see YOUR submissions!   Please email Jessica at yeahshestamps@gmail.com by November 12th to submit your entry for consideration with a short write up of your project. Showcased projects will WIN a free stamp!

For now, we have a great lineup planned for you today with LOTS of creativity and fun ideas from clean and simple to stunningly colored and embellished- and don't forget to leave comments along the way and then come back here to comment and enter to WIN one of the TWO prizes!  We hope you gain tons of inspiration today and can't wait to get started, so without further adieu, here is my project using FUREVER. A little gift bag and tag, filled with feline goodies to give to one spoilt little kitty cat.....

IMG_clear hop furever wm

.....and here is the DT lineup for today's hop........

Thanks so much for joining us today as we CLEARLY can't wait for you to enjoy this special event! Don't forget that the DECEMBER Guest Designer contest ends 11/10, so make sure to get your entries in to Jess before the big reveal of Phase 1 on our Facebook page on Friday, 11/11!

What's more?  Please join us at 7pm CST on Friday, November 11th in our SCS Forum for our First-EVER TGF "Customer Challenge and Chit-Chat" night!  Our first night will be a MOVIE THEME event so pop some popcorn, grab your favorite candy, and join us for LIVE chatter, trivia, and a challenge with our first Customer Hostess to be revealed shortly!  :)

If you're not able to join us for the live chat no worries- we will be doing these at different times of day to include our overseas friends when we can. Challenge will be open ALL weekend, too, so there will be time for EVERYONE to play!  We'll wrap up about 10pm CST or whenever we conk out- but for now, get ready to join us for a night at the movies!

See you there,

Tracey.

MATILDA DOES CHRISTMAS

I hope everyone's having/had a lovely weekend. I have a big week coming up, with Ingvild Bolme coming to teach a workshop in my store on Tuesday, and also preparing for DD#2's 14th Birthday on Saturday.

I do, however have a card to show before i begin yet another crazy week.

I loved Jen's Deconstructed Sketch  this week so much, that i have already made another card using the same sketch.......

Sketch26 wm

I really should do this more often. While i had these Jillibean soup papers on my craft desk, along with matching markers and of course Jen's sketch, it only took a fraction of the time to whip up a few extra cards that are similar, but not identical.

During the TGF release party chat over at SCS i mentioned that i was going to color Matilda's hair using a different technique. Well, this is her, and i have colored her hair as though it were going to be black, and then when i'm finished, i color completely over it in my color of choice, whether this be pink, blue, or in this case red for Christmas. I have a photo step-by-step tutorial here if you are interested.

So that's all for now.

I'll be back Tuesday after Ingvild's class with a special TGF event.

Happy stamping,

Tracey. XO.

Whimsie Doodles' digital stamp line features images that range from cute little boys and girls, to punny stuff, and everything in-between. We enjoy sharing lots of samples on ourcompany blog, where we also post challenges and tutorials.

A special offer for Deconstructed Sketch fans - use the discount code Decon10 at theWhimsie Doodles online store and receive 10% off your next order! Code expires 30 days from today.*

YAY!!! Thank you so much to Whimsie Doodles for sponsoring us today and for offering such a special treat to all of our fans!

Here's our sketch for this week:

...........and here's my take on the sketch

Sketch26whimsywm

As soon as I saw this cute little peguin I knew he would go perfectly with Jillibean Soup's new Christmas papers, which just so happen to feature penguins. I added a paper-pieced penguin scarf using Doodlebug dp, and some new MME twine, and there you have it. Such a fun, easy sketch to work with. Thanks Jen.

Please visit the rest of the Deconstructed Sketch Girls to see what they have created this week!!

RELEASE DAY AT THE FARM

Howdy all. Pinch and punch for the first of the month, and that means it's release day at THE GREETING FARM

I have chosen to celebrate today with Creeper Sunday. He is so amazingly stylish in his scarf with piercing blue eyes..........

IMG_creepersunday wm

I think I am finally starting to get the hang of boy cards with my "less is more" motto. Couldn't keep my hands off the glitter though! The hearts are rather sparkly but hopefully i got away with it.

I teamed Sunday with some new crate paper, and i think the cloud paper may even be some older crate paper too. After procrastinating for way too long about where to put my sentiment i finally settled on my "sentiment border". Always nice to try something new.

So, i hope you like my card today. We don't have a blog hop as such today, as we're saving it for a special event next week. Instead, pop on over to the design team's blogs, which are all in my side bar, and one lucky person who leaves a comment on every blog will WIN A PRIZE. A full list of the TGF Design Team (including our wonderful November guest Kris) can be found in my sidebar, or on the TGF blog  HERE

And don't forget to join us on the  SCS FORUM  today for chatter, prizes, and lots of fun.

See you there,

Tracey.

CREEPIN' BY WITH A HALLOWEEN HI

Hi there and Happy Halloween. Even though we don't really celebrate Halloween here like in the US, today marks the preview day for two new CREEPER CREW, "Saturday" and "Sunday". But wait for it.......there's a surprise..........they're BOYS!

YAY, i hear you all say. Now we have boys to put with our creeper girls. I am most definitely over the moon about these two new releases.

They are both WAY too cute though to make into Halloween cards, so here is my project for today using Creeper Saturday..........

IMG_creepersaturday wm

How gorgeously CUTE is he? I colored him with copics to match a new MME paper pad that is fairly boyish. My girls think he looks girly but i prefer to think of him as a modern metrosexual. LOL

Creeper Saturday and Sunday along with Matilda and Holiday Anya are available in the TGF store Nov. 1st . Don't forget to join us all day on SCS for random chitter chatter, some prizes, and FUN!

Our Guest Designer contest is going on now through November 10th. The first round will be posted during our first 'virtual stamp event' on our SCS forum on November 11th so be sure to get your entries in.

ALL clear sets are stocked and ready to make their way home to you with your November stamp purchases!

Be sure to stop back tomorrow for RELEASE DAY!  See you then!

Tracey.

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY NEWS

** PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR MY GREETING FARM DAY 2 PREVIEW POST**

I have the most amazing news to share today.

Last week, one of my favorite challenge sites, the deconstructed sketch advertised for a guest designer position for the next 3 months. As I LOVE the deconstructed sketch so much, I applied with my DS23 entry and oh my goodness, they chose ME!!!!! I'm still doing the happy dance here in "the land down under". I am so thrilled to be part of this talented team for the next three months.

So without further ado, here is this weeks deconstructed sketch, brought to you by the super-talented jen shults........

MARCI

Hi there,

After last week's mammoth TGF/TWINERY post, this one is going to be short and sweet.

Just for something different I inked up Winter marci from LaLaLand crafts to make a Thank you card. I kept the card fairly casual, with some paper-piecing and My Mind's Eye papers.

I hope you like it. I might even try linking it to the LALALAND BLOG GALLERY here.

GREETING FARM & TWINERY BLOG SWAP/HOP

Welcome to our combined Blog Swap/Hop today featuring two fantastic companies, The Greeting Farm and The Twinery!   If you're just getting here from Angelica's blog, WELCOME!  If you have yet to begin the hop, please visit the TWINERY BLOG to begin!  Hooray!

We are so excited to bring you a fun hop, loads of inspiration when the world of TGF Rubber stamps collides with the quality baker's twine we've all come to know and love, and some of the most talented designers in the industry with new and fun projects to share!

Did we mention PRIZES? There are definitely a few of those too so you'll want to check out our event today! Thank you so much for coming!

The Greeting Farm first sprouted into the stamping world in 2008 as a small dream and has cultivated into something wonderful because of wonderful customers like you! With three years of farm-fresh images under their belt, TGF is going strong and love brings you fun-loving, animated characters, including the best-selling "Anya" line. The Greeting Farm brings you cute, charismatic images that are LOADS of fun to COLOR! There is truly something for EVERYONE on the Farm and we are so glad to be teaming up with the Twinery today!

As for the Twinery, twine is made from 100% cotton, it's eco-friendly and made in the USA. Whether you're gift wrapping, crafting or tying up baked goods to give to a friend, this TOP quality baker's twine adds a fresh, yet nostalgic look to any project at hand! The Twinery twine comes in 14 delicious colors and is uniquely twisted against a bright white hue, creating an eye-popping burst of color and a creative embellishment! It has lots of color which lends to a fun, candy-striped look.

When my twinery pack arrived in the mail I couldn't wait to play. I use twinery twine all the time on my cards, but wanted to do something extra-special with it for the blog hop. Straight away, I knew Iwanted to make a rainbow out of twine, so I set about thinking how it would work. In the end it was super-easy, and teamed with TGF's clear "MY FAIRY PRINCESS" set, I was rather pleased with the end result. The diecut clouds are cut from glitter cardstock, and the TGF sentiment even stamped really well onto the glitter card with Stazon ink, which was a lovely surprise. I colored my fairies with copics , of course, and added some stickles to their wings too.

.......and the WINNER is.............

Today's the day when my blog candy comments close so thank you one and all for commenting. I truly appreciate every single one of your comments, and thoroughly enjoy finding inspiration in all of your blogs as well.

So without further ado, i wrote down all the numbers from 1 to 24 on pieces of paper and popped them into a bowl. DD#3, who is 12 years old was walking past the computer as i was tearing up the paper, and was very eager to help. So of course she picked out the lucky number and when i said "that's great, now i have to take your photo with the number", she shrieked "no way, i've had a shower, my hair is wet and i have my pyjamas on". LOL! It actually didn't take much convincing for her to pose for the camera, so here  is Beatrice with the lucky number.......

Congratulations to number 24, who belongs to the very last comment of the post, the lovely DENICE.

A big bunch of candy is headed your way. Don't forget to email me your details.

Thank you once again for all playing along.

Check back tomorrow for a super-fun blog hop with TGF and another fab company that i also LOVE.

Thanks so much for stopping by,

ONESIE GIFT TAGS

A quick post today with matching little gift tags for a new baby boy and girl.

IMG_onesietags WM

I have had some Teresa Collins canvas paper in my stash for a while now, and have been wanting to experiment with stamping onto it. The BUILD A ONESIE clear stamp set from the greeting farm was the perfect stamp, with a nice open area for me to airbrush with copics. Once i had colored the onesie i put it together with more TGF  clear stamps and various embellies.

Only one more day left to enter for my blog candy. All you need to do is comment on my blogaversary post to be in it to win it!

Good Luck,

Tracey.

DECONSTRUCTED SKETCH #23

Hi there,

How was your weekend. I have just returned from The Imagination Factory Retreat where i spent the weekend with 30 lovely crafty ladies. We had lots of fun and i got to color my little heart out all weekend.

I have used the new FUREVER clear stamp set from TGF. I inked it up and could not stop coloring once i put copic to card. LOL. It is SO adorable, you'll want one too.

IMG_sassyfriendsTGF WM

I think i am in love with TGF's new clear stamps. They are made of quality photopolymer and stamp beautifully. I especially like that i could stamp on the October Afternoon label sticker on this card and have the sentiment perfectly centred.

Today i followed Jen's Deconstructed Sketch , which helped my card to come together that much quicker. Always a plus in my book. Jen has a Guest DT spot on offer for the next few months, so i'm crossing my fingers, toes and everything else that i'll be the lucky one.

Here's the sketch for this week.....

Sketch23
So head on over, check it out and play along if you like.

Make sure you check out my previous post as my yummy blog candy is still on offer for a few more days.

Thanks for looking,

Tracey. XO.

ONE YEAR OLD TODAY

YAY! Happy Birthday/anniversary, to my BLOG. My Creative Space turns one this week, and my has it been a year. The highlight by far has been chosen as a Farmer for The Greeting Farm.

Speaking of The Greeting Farm, today i am hosting Throwback Thursday at TGF and i am showcasing the XMAS SWEETIES set. Here's my card.

IMG_santa ianWM

Doesn't Ian look cute all dressed up in his Santa costume. I stamped him onto Xpress blending card using memento ink and then colored him in using copic markers. To finish off the background i airbrushed using BG72. The patterned papers are from Echo Park and October Afternoon, and the "ho ho ho" sentiment is from the same Xmas Sweeties set as Ian, and is available in the TGF store now.

It wouldn't be a celebration without blog candy though, so here's a pic of what i would like to give away.

IMG_candy
If you like my blog and would like to have a chance to win my candy then all you need to do is;

( -a-) become a follower of my blog, and let me know in a comment on this post that you would like to enter to win my candy

OR

(-b-)  if you are already a follower of my blog, then let me know in a comment on this post that you are already a follower and would like to enter to win my candy

and then

(-c-) it would be great if you could let your blogging friends know about my blog candy, but this certainly isn't a requirement to be in the running to win.

I really do appreciate each and every one of your kind comments, and friendship through blogging, so thank you one and all and good luck! I will draw a random winner from all comments received by 12.01am CST (US), or 4.01pm EST (AUS) one week from now.

Thank you so much for popping in to say Hi.

THANKS

I made a thank-you card recently for a special friend but couldn't share until i knew she had received it as i know she reads my blog. Well, she has received it, so now i can share.

IMG_PIthanks WM
I used a Heather Ellis digi stamp for something different, and did some paper piecing on her dress. It was actually quite challenging to print the stamp onto the designer paper, but it all worked out in the end. I also used Copics to airbrush the background.

The girls go back to school tomorrow after 3 weeks holidays, so hopefully i'll be able to find a bit more crafting time.

It's hard to believe, but tomorrow marks my one year blog anniversary, or BLOGAVERSARY. Yay! I am going to do a blog candy to celebrate, but probably won't have it all ready and photographed tomorrow. But make sure you check back later this week to see how and what you could win.

Thanks for stopping by,

Tracey.

CLEAR CHRISTMAS AND FREE SHIPPING

Hi there,

I'm back in blogland after a fabulous family holiday to the Blue Mountains, just outside Sydney. We caught the train both ways, and saw all the wonderful sights of the region. Jenolan Caves was by far the favorite of all 6 of us, especially the adventure tour.

So, back to cardmaking. I had a play with another of TGF's new CLEAR stamp sets, CLEAR CHRISTMAS, and here is what i came up with........

IMG_clearchristmas wm

I was a bit worried to start with, as there wasn't much space to color in, but i am quite happy with the result. I actually colored over the black stamped tree in olive spica, and colored the stars in gold spica. I colored the glow around the stars in copics, and used the same color to airbrush the backgrounds. I didn't have much Christmas themed designer paper in my stash, so decided to use non-Christmas paper, which i think worked well. I also stamped a sentiment from the same set on the inside of the card.

Isn't it fabulous that TGF is now a Splitcoast Stampers member company! I've been hanging out on SCS frequently since the big announcement, and to celebrate, Marie is offerring free shipping on all orders for 24 hrs only. All you need to do is head over to SCS, check out the forum, join or leave a comment, and use the code from the forum in your order. What could be easier.

I'll be back soon with more "clear" creations.

IMG_onesie wm
I stamped the onesie to begin with, onto xpress blending card, and colored it using copics and feather blending. I then stamped the little hearts onto the onesie and also onto some designer paper to paper piece the hearts. The larger heart i raised with foam dots.

I stamped my sentiment onto a little diecut tag and also colored in the diecut lacey edges in copics to match my onesie. I love this set and can't wait to play with the boy set too!

Totally TEA-RIFFIC at TGF

Hello, TGF friends!

So, are you all exhausted, reeling from this FULL week of previewing the FIVE new stamp sets being released at The Greeting Farm TOMORROW?????  Well, we thought we'd help out with that and wind down the week with a nice cup of tea....

However, winding down is not all THAT possible because we have a HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT TOMORROW, don't forget!  For now though, sit back...relax...and pour yourself a cup or two of inspiration from our new "Teariffic" set:

IMG_teacups wm

I just LOVE the tea-riffic set. There are so many sentiments and bits and pieces in this set. I have so many more ideas. For my card today, i colored the teacups to match my favorite piece of Crate paper, and then added ribbon, lace, flower, and some diecuts. I think the sentiment finishes it off perfectly. A bit casual for me, considering i usually have way more layers, but i'm still happy with the end result.

I also followed Jen's deconstructed sketch from last week.

We are totally zen on the TGF BLOG today too (ok, we are bursting with excitement about tomorrow, but we are TRYING to be, anyway!), so be sure to head over for more project inspiration and another chance to WIN "Teariffic" today!  Thanks, as always for stopping by and I'll see you tomorrow for ALL the excitement!

IT'S a GIRL

Hey, everyone!  I'm back and excited to bring you the next preview from our October Release at The Greeting Farm!   After the popularity of our Anya and Ian "wardrobe" sets a few years ago where you could build your own outfits,  we've decided to give the wee-ones a turn to be fashionable and introduce you to "BUILD A ONESIE: girl!"  This sweet set of cute couture will be available in CLEAR polymer when it's released on October 1st!

There are TONS of possibilities with this set!  Here's what I came up with, for starters:

IMG_onesiegirl WM

How amazingly cute is this stamp set? And i've only used two of the stamps. There are so many more. The possibilities are endless. I also used a third stamp on the inside of my card. Here's a peek.....
